President

The President serves as the leader of the Mother’s Club and acts as the primary liaison between the club, school administration, athletic department, and the community. This individual presides over all meetings, sets agendas, oversees the direction and coordination of all club activities, and ensures that the organization operates in alignment with its mission. The President supports and collaborates with other board members, facilitates communication between the school and membership, and represents the booster club at school events and athletic functions.

Vice President

The Vice President supports the President in leading the Mother’s Club and assumes leadership duties in the President’s absence. This individual is responsible for managing and updating the club’s website, ensuring accurate and timely communication of events, meetings, and announcements. The Vice President also assists with planning and coordinating booster activities, works collaboratively with other board members, and helps maintain a strong connection between the club and its members through digital outreach.

Treasurer

The Treasurer is responsible for managing all financial matters of the Athletic Booster Club. This includes maintaining accurate records of income and expenses, preparing financial reports, overseeing the club’s budget, and ensuring all funds are handled responsibly and transparently. The Treasurer collects and deposits funds, and issues payments in a timely manner while working closely with the board to ensure financial decisions align with the club’s mission. This role also includes preparing financial summaries for meetings and ensuring compliance with any required reporting or tax documentation.

Secretary

The Secretary is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records of all Athletic Booster Club activities. This includes preparing and distributing meeting agendas, recording and sharing meeting minutes, and managing club correspondence. The Secretary also monitors the club’s email account, ensuring timely responses and communication with members, school staff, and the community. This role is essential in supporting transparency, organization, and effective communication within the organization.

Director of Promotions and Engagement

The Director of Promotions and Engagement is responsible for leading the booster club’s efforts to build school spirit, promote athletic events, and raise funds through coordinated initiatives. This individual oversees spirit gear sales, manages the 50/50 fundraising raffles, and maintains the club’s social media presence to engage the school community. By creatively promoting events and merchandise, the Director helps increase visibility, support, and involvement in the athletic programs. This role plays a vital part in energizing the fan base and fostering a strong sense of pride and connection across students, families, and supporters.
