Copy the google form to your drive and send it to your head coach to distribute to athletes through remind or classroom.  You may view the athletes responses by selecting the Responses Menu in the top center of the form. 

This form must be submitted to the Treasurer, Julie Leggett along with a copy of the receipts.

Team moms may use this form to keep track of their team's funds.

The Sunshine Committee sends cards to injured Dover athletes.  As a team mom, please inform the committee of the athlete's name and addresss.   

**Request form must be signed by the head coach and then submitted to the High School Office.

All fundraisers must be approved by Dover Schools.  Click the link above to understand the process for receiving approval. 

The Dover Mother’s Club is awarding two scholarships of $500 this year to a deserving scholar athlete.  Please turn in the required items to Mr. Bender or place in Dover Mother’s Club mailbox in the athletic department.  

The deadline for application is Friday, April 26, 2024.
